WE REPRESENT INNOCENT VICTIMS OF IMPAIRED DRIVERS.

AND WE DO IT FOR LESS.

After 45 years of general legal practice Steven Larchuk now limits his services to representing the victims of impaired (intoxicated or high) drivers. Whether you are an innocent passenger, pedestrian, or operator injured due to the carelessness of another, Steve is ready to represent you as you seek full and fair financial recovery.

By only representing the victims of impaired drivers in clear cases Steve can reduce his professional contingency fee to 20% plus litigation expenses, from the amount recovered on your behalf from the responsible driver, their insurance company, and even your own insurance company for uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage where applicable. No recovery, no fee.

If another lawyer tells you 40% is standard, understand there is no such thing as a standard fee. Legal ethics require that fees be fair and reasonable. What is fair and reasonable depends upon the experience and skill of the lawyer, the complexity of the case, whether the injured victim is partially at fault for the accident, how severe the injuries and financial losses are, and many other factors.

Which means, not every case is appropriate for this deeply discounted rate. If Steve declines your case he can help you find a better fit. Call him there is no obligation to hire him and no fee for an initial consultation.

IMPORTANT: Keep in mind, in Pennsylvania a claim for personal injuries must be filed in court within two years from the date of the accident. There are exceptions to this rule for children, but your best bet is to seek legal advice as soon as possible after an accident so your lawyer can preserve evidence and interview witnesses while memories are fresh.
