consulting and law practice firm focusing upon health care businesses
and advice to physicians regarding the efficient operation of their
practices. During this time Mr. Larchuk also invented and developed the
“MedConsent” computer aided system to assure informed consent for

firm. Hired as a newly graduated associate attorney in 1980, promoted to
partner/director in 1986, a year earlier than the usual pattern. Work
here emphasized defense litigation in medical negligence matters and
general accident and injury cases.
